Experienced Construction Project / Site Manager

McIntosh DBR are looking for an experienced project/ site manager to manage various projects across the company portfolio. You will be working with an experienced team of professional specialists from design to final completion of projects.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a variety of projects at any-one time
  • Liaise with Clients
  • Produce and manage programmes of work
  • Budget control of projects
  • Management of site managers & workers
  • Site set up ensuring current regulations are followed Appointment, management and control of subcontractors

 

Skills and Experience

  • Experience 3 years plus of site / project management
  • Good organisational skills, able to prioritise and communicate at all levels Computer skills to include, Excel, Word, Microsoft
  • Knowledge of construction & products
  • Ability to meet deadlines and budgets
  • SMSTS / Temporary Works Coordination / CDM Training / 1st Aid
