
Experienced Construction Project / Site Manager
McIntosh DBR are looking for an experienced project/ site manager to manage various projects across the company portfolio. You will be working with an experienced team of professional specialists from design to final completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a variety of projects at any-one time
- Liaise with Clients
- Produce and manage programmes of work
- Budget control of projects
- Management of site managers & workers
- Site set up ensuring current regulations are followed Appointment, management and control of subcontractors
Skills and Experience
- Experience 3 years plus of site / project management
- Good organisational skills, able to prioritise and communicate at all levels Computer skills to include, Excel, Word, Microsoft
- Knowledge of construction & products
- Ability to meet deadlines and budgets
- SMSTS / Temporary Works Coordination / CDM Training / 1st Aid
