Stemming from a recommendation via Babington House, this local and tired 16th Century Coaching Inn was in need of some rejuvenation and the new owners came to us for some help in making their plan a reality. The clients had the concept, and we had the ability and manpower to deliver the building to them just as they pictured.

As is common in the hospitality trade there was little down-time in which to complete the works, which meant a very tight plan had to be developed before the project began.

We had to deliver 33 rooms in 3 months during the winter, and ensure the new look pub with rooms was ready for a Valentine’s Day opening. Again, this project required detailed planning and preparation which was all agreed before work commenced

We brought together all our tried and tested tradesmen en-mass for this project, completing the works in rotation through the building to ensure the furniture and essential fittings could be in place ready for the grand opening. We worked together with specialist kitchen and cellar contractors, as well as IT experts and interior decorators. The existing pub was very special and needed due care and attention during the refurbishment, and we made sure every pipe, hole and brush-stroke was correct and complimentary to the property.

The completed project was stunning, a huge and definitely welcome improvement on what had been in place before, and delivered on-time to the satisfaction of our clients.
