New build construction
Our process is consistent whether we are tendering for a new build construction or restoring a listed property. We start with a client consultation; at this point we can establish key factors such as budget and timing requirements.
We use chartered quantity surveyors and architects where appropriate, this ensures a robust pricing structure and build schedule. Transparency is key and any financial milestones are pre-agreed.
When budget & design are finalised, along with any planning permissions, we allocate an experienced project manager who becomes the key contact for the project. This ensures continuity and a single point of contact.
Restoration & refurbishment specialists
Our home county of Somerset has a wealth of period and listed properties. It requires skill and knowledge to balance aesthetics with current building regulations. We pride ourselves in remaining design led whilst working with local build control and heritage authorities.
