3 Things We Wish Our Clients Knew About
We absolutely love what we do. We pride ourselves on being able to work alongside clients in a way that suits everyone, making sure every project stays on plan.
But as there are with every profession, there are some things we wish our clients knew about!
1:- Planning your Project
Before you meet with us, it makes it a lot easier if you’ve got a clear plan for your project already in your head. If you’re set on decisions that you do not want to budge on, it makes it easier for us to fit in around your plans, and to understand what is important to you.
If you’re working on the project alongside your partner it’s important that you discuss every part of the project together. You’d be surprised how many people don’t do this! By deciding on things together first, you avoid confusion when it comes to briefing us. It will avoid a lot of hassle for us both.

2:- Research
Clients, who properly research our company and what we do, save themselves a lot of time. From even just a small amount of research online you can tell a lot about a company and the type of work they do. You can therefore instantly decide whether a builder’s work is similar to the work you need. If it’s not, research another one. That way you know that the builder you’re meeting is right for the job.
We even like when potential clients to speak with previous clients, to find out how they enjoyed working with us. It gives you an idea of how well we work together with the client and how enjoyable it will make your project on a daily basis.

3:- Trust and Communication
These are two of the most important things in the relationship you’ll have with us. Working together with us on your home, with your money, means that you’ll have to place an immense amount of trust in us. Therefore you’ll need to make sure you’re happy to work with us.
We’ll have to agree on the contract, timing, quality and materials. The list goes on and on. To be able to agree on these things, we have to be able to communicate with each other effectively. If we can communicate properly, it saves a lot of time. We also make sure we’re contactable even when we’re busy working on the project.
We hope that by sharing these 3 things with you, it gives you the opportunity to have a smooth, hassle free experience with your builder.
